During his quarter-century in Europe, Mr. Court has represented scores of service members before a variety of military administrative boards. These have ranged from Discharge Boards to Reduction Boards, and even have included credentialling boards for military medical practitioners.

As with courts-martial, most military administrative hearings are unique to the military. They are governed by military regulations which only have passing similarity to civilian administrative proceedings. Having an experienced advocate, one who knows the ropes, has been beneficial to many of Mr. Court's clients in these proceedings in the past two and one half decades.
