Law Office David Court is the most complete civilian law firm in Europe practicing exclusively in the field of military justice defense. We handle all forms of military discipline and military justice from Non-Judicial Punishment through Special Courts-Martial to General Courts-Martial. An additional Practice Area has included miitary medical malpractice where Mr. Court has been able to obtain six-figure awards for claimants.

Mr. Court is licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals, the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals and the Supreme Court of the State of California. He has been a member in good standing of the California Bar since 1976, and a member of the American Bar Association since 1977. He is not licensed to practice German law.

Because of his experience and reputation, Mr. Court is frequently contacted by uniformed defense counsel seeking advice on handling their own cases. He has also been a frequent guest lecturer at military defense counsel seminars, teaching trial preparation and trial advocacy, drawing from his own, extensive background in these areas.

Mr. Court personally investigates each case. He goes to the scene, whether it is the inside of a Bradley Fighting Vehicle, the cockpit of an F-15, a bar in Ansbach, Germany, a bordello in Rotterdam, or the bridge of the USS LaSalle. There, he interviews the witnesses known to the government and, more important, he finds key witnesses ignored or overlooked by official investigations. This detailed, hands-on preparation, coupled with Mr. Court's extensive courtroom experience, provides the foundation for his frequent court-room successes.

The firm's central location in Frankfurt, Germany, allows potential clients throughout Europe the opportunity to contact and meet us in our office. It also permits Mr. Court to travel to his clients at their duty location to meet and work with them in resolving their own special problem.

Since 1977, Mr. Court has successfully represented enlisted, warrant and commissioned service members throughout Europe, the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
