Germany - A soldier from the 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry
Regiment was acquitted in court-martial proceedings Friday of Charges of
indecent acts.
The
court-martial of SPC Willard F. Owens, from Headquarters and Headquarters
Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, began Thursday and concluded
Friday in Vilseck. An additional charge
of violating a lawful regulation was dropped.
